As I plan Trinity's 11th Birthday party it occurred to me that I never shared pictures of her last birthday, or the (minecraft themed) party before that... hah hah I should get on that. Especially since I went to a lot more work on that party! BUT.. without further delay here are pictures from last year's dream catcher themed party. I kept it fairly simple. But I did order some vintage metal embroidery hoops from etsy and ebay in different sizes. Then I bought some yarn and beads from walmart and put out some feathers I already had for them to decorate with.
I did little place cards out of feather shapes that I cut out. The pink tablecloths, napkins and party plates were already in the party box. Probably from my niece lainey's baby shower, and actually some from Journeys birthday party a few years back.
The TEN banner hung was cut out from cardstock and so was the little flag banner on the bundt cake. I used small wood dowels and attached the string to that. Here are some pictures of the kids finished dream catchers. :)
It is unreal how much younger the kids look in these pictures taken just a year ago... Well, hopefully these might inspire you if your planning a dream catcher making party! I know I found some really cute ideas on pinterest... but in the end I kept it pretty simply, and I was much more relaxed as a result! :) hah, funny how that works huh?
